tutoring policies

All tutoring sessions will take place virtually via Zoom. Please ensure that your student has a Zoom-compatible device and stable internet connection before each session begins.

Sessions will be recorded to ensure student and tutor safety. Recordings will never be shared publicly or with any unauthorized parties.

Payment can be made via Venmo (@msjonlinelearning), Cash App ($msjonlinelearning), or Zelle (msjonlinelearning@proton.me) and is due at the time of each session (clients can also pay up front for multiple sessions if they prefer). Please note that new sessions cannot take place if there is an outstanding balance.

Sessions can be scheduled individually or on a recurring basis. If a session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, please email msjonlinelearning@proton.me as soon as possible.

When applicable, please email photos or scans of homework sheets or share online items before the session start time. Younger students may require help from a parent or guardian.

Google Docs is used for all writing and editing services. Please ensure that your student has access to a Google account (school account is fine) if they are receiving writing help.
